I wanted to let you and L.A. know that since we started working
together I' ve always been impressed by your high energy level and
enthusiasm. It's been over 1½ years since we met and in that
time I've purchased many properties. I've grown to depend on your
(a) quick response to pages, (b) daily listings, (c) extensive knowledge
of residential and commercial real estate and (d) your cheerful
personality.
I'm always in awe at how you go to such great lengths to dive into
the details of a situation. You always manage to find pieces of
information (no matter how trivial they seem at the time) that are
very valuable when making a decision about a property, which many
agents are not able to do or will not do for their clients. You
are always happy to get this information and you ensure that I am
100% comfortable before we proceed.
With regards to the sale of our personal residence a few weeks
ago, I must say that you and your team hit a home run in terms of
being available outside business hours (close to midnight), the
listing of our residence so quickly, coordinating the showings,
and being able to firm up a deal in a single day. I'm impressed!
-- and I thought I could try selling my home by myself to save some
money..what was I thinking!
We thank you again for all your efforts on taking such good care
