Peter and I wanted to put into words our sincere appreciation for
the professional service that you provided to us with both the purchase
of a new home and the sale of our existing home. We are very much
looking forward to moving into our new house and are very thankful
for your hard work in selling our existing home and securing a "too-good-to-be-true"
offer.
I appreciated your enthusiasm maintained through both the purchase
and sale of our house. Since we have two small children it was sometimes
difficult to organize open houses and Realtor visits, you demonstrated
sincere understanding for the children's schedules and were very
understanding regarding the clutter of toys.
John, on a personal note thank-you for keeping me very informed
regarding Realtor comments and potential Purchaser comments; it
helped to keep me reminded of how hard you were working for us.
I realize that we are not finished all of our dealings at this
time, but Peter and I are so pleased with the offer we received
for our home that we wanted to send this letter off to you.
