Jeff and I would like to thank you again for helping us find our dream house. Honestly, we did not expect or believe in a “dream” house, as all my friends told us that it does not exist. Of course, they are all surprised now. You make the whole process quick and easy. We really appreciate your help.

Our case is a bit special. We were still in Vancouver when the house hunting started. At that time, we had no idea about the Kitchener-Waterloo market. We called a couple of agents. It was a difficult decision for us, as we know how important it is to have a good agent. Without meeting them in person, you just cannot be sure about it. However, we chose John eventually because he is very organized. He always answers the phone; if not, he will call you back in a couple of minutes. A strong intention of time is key to us (out of towner + first-time buyer). Obviously, we made the right choice.

Without his professional and fair judgment, the deal will not be sealed so smoothly.

This is not the end of the story yet. John also recommended us the house inspector, the lawyer, the insurance agent, and the sub-contractor. We end up using all and had great experiences with each of them. In particular, our sub-contractor finished our basement in three weeks with a very honest price. Just as John said when we first saw this house, finishing the basement right can add so much value to it. John’s knowledge, vision, and network make our dream house come true.
